Shipping policy

All pieces at Nasef Studio are part of limited registries or made-to-order investigations.

- Production lead times vary and will be communicated at the time of order acceptance.

- Shipping dates for new collections are specified on the product page at the time of the Registry opening.

Delivery Rates

- Egypt: We offer complimentary delivery within Cairo.

- International: Shipping rates for orders outside of Egypt are calculated at checkout or via a custom quote, depending on the volume and weight of the piece.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

For international orders, the recipient is the importer of record.

The studio is not responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or brokerage fees imposed by your country of residence. These charges are the sole responsibility of the client.

We are not liable for delays caused by local customs clearance processes.

Shipping Methods & Handling

Due to the weight and material sensitivity of our work:

- White Glove Delivery: Large-scale pieces are delivered via specialised furniture carriers.

- Packaging: Items are shipped in reinforced packaging designed to protect the structural integrity of the form.

Title & Risk of Loss

The risk of loss and title for all products pass to the client upon our delivery of the item to the shipping carrier.

Inspection Upon Arrival: Clients are required to inspect the shipment immediately upon delivery.

Damages in Transit: Any damage must be noted on the carrier’s delivery receipt and reported to Nasef Studio at nasefstudio@outlook.com within 48 hours, accompanied by photographic evidence of the packaging and the defect.

Undeliverable Shipments

If a shipment is returned to the studio due to an incorrect address provided by the client or a failure to claim the shipment from customs, the client will be responsible for all additional shipping and storage costs incurred.
