Refund policy

Nasef Studio produces a limited number of thoughtful pieces, each serving as an investigation into specific materials and forms. However, if the piece does not find its rhythm in your space, you may initiate a return for a full refund within 14 days of delivery. 

To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in their original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

The client is responsible for all return shipping costs. While we offer free initial delivery, a delivery and handling fee of 300 EGP will be deducted from the final refund for orders inside Egypt.

We stand behind the structural integrity of our work. Nonetheless, if a product is found to have a manufacturing defect or does not meet agreed-upon specifications, you may request a return or exchange within 30 days.

The following are not eligible for return, replacement, or refund:

- Items manufactured to custom specifications or modified at the client’s request.

- Items that have become of unacceptable quality due to misuse, abnormal use, failure to follow care instructions, or fair wear and tear.

- Damage resulting from environmental conditions or a lack of reasonable care after the point of sale.

Please inspect your order upon reception. Contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. To start the process, contact us at nasefstudio@outlook.com.

Once we receive and inspect the item, refunds are processed to the original payment method within 14 business days.
